Some of our medical services are bulk-billing. 

$85 for standard consultations, $135 long consultations, $180 consultations exceeding 40 minutes.

Children and pensioners bulk billed.


Dental costs can differ with each service.

For the private patients fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or credit cards including MasterCard & Visa or via EFTPOS.

Runaway Bay welcomes new patients to our surgeries. You will find our patient enrolment form on this website. Please complete this document as accurately as possible and bring it with you at the time of your initial consultation. Please arrive early for your first consultation so that our reception staff can enter your details.
Nobody likes to be kept waiting. Our staff understand this and endeavour to manage all appointments as punctually as possible. However, due to the unpredictable nature of a medical practice – doctors do frequently run behind time. We regret any inconvenience caused due to these delays. Please feel free to contact our surgery staff before you arrive for your appointment to confirm whether your doctor is running on time.
Please make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your test results.
A family member can only access your test results with your permission. Privacy laws make it illegal to disclose any information about the patient without their prior consent. If you want to family member to have access to your results, you will need to have that noted that in your file.
We follow the recommended guidelines for confidential storage of all personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation. For a copy of our privacy policy please contact our surgery.

You will be required to sign an authority form which will allow us to obtain them. Please speak with one of our medical receptionists and we will organise it for you.
