Dental Check-Ups

Regular dental check-ups

Regular dental check-ups allow your dentist to assess your teeth, gums and oral health to check for any problems. These checks help to keep your mouth healthy and catch any problems early when they are easier to treat.

Dental check-ups can help prevent long-term health issues and detect early symptoms of these issues.

It can also improve overall health as having good oral health can lead to lower chronic diseases such as heart diseases, stroke, and diabetes. Increased self-confidence will also be a benefit from having check-ups.

How often should I get a dental check-up?

It is recommended to visit the dentist every 6 to 9 months. It is highly recommended to not leave it for longer than 2 years.
